Due to Health Regulations, masks are considered personal items and unfortunately may not be returned or exchanged for resale, although a replacement will be offered if the wrong mask was provided. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery of replacement masks.
Masks will be refunded in the following cases:
- There is a defect in material or construction of an item. In such a case simply send a photograph demonstrating the issue along with the order number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Item(s) not delivered within 30 days
Refunds will be processed within 2 working days of providing such evidence (if applicable).
